Everyday I put the Good Time Tommy Sales Agents through the stress test. I teach them how to overcome objections when making cold calls in real estate.

I believe when you are under stress, your mind/ your creativity starts to shrink. When you can’t think, you can’t sell.

You’ve got to listen, acknowledge their feelings, isolate the problem and then validate. You need to practice this every single day.

Don’t ask the person how they are doing. No one likes that. Just state who you are and the purpose of the call. Get them to take their wall down.
